Round 3 Navigational Challenge Obstacle Descriptions:
Round 3-1: Both hands and legs horizontal traversal on bars.
Round 3-2: Pull through second monkey bar, slip around through upper lache gap, slip down from first monkey bar.
Round 3-3: Cat-hold on vault-box, slip through the gap in bars, come out to other side, cat-hold on vault box again.
Round 3-4: Traversal along climbing wall, traverse from the window on one side of the wall to the one on the other side using just the climbing wall.
Round 3-5: Roll a rolled-up mat along the breadth of the gym without touching the floor.

Round 3 Navigational Challenge Obstacle Descriptions:
Round 3-1: Valley Crossing on rope.
Round 3-2: Rope hanging traversal.
Round 3-3: Traversal along climbing wall, traverse from the window on one side of the wall to the one on the other side using just the climbing wall.
Round 3-4: Roll a rolled-up mat along the breadth of the gym without touching the floor.
Round 3-5: none
A 'DNF' indicates Did Not Finish. Which means the participant was disqualified as per Course rules and did not manage to set a time.
