Using an example of a recently found old Yamakasi video showing all the older members of the erstwhile Yamakasi group training together, NOS writes about the history of the Yamakasi group, and traces the evolution of Parkour training, and notices the same mistakes being made by these guys, that newer practitioners make around the world even today.
