Callout to all traceurs, not just from Mumbai, but from all over India.
Parkour Mumbai, along with Urban Escape of Delhi, Chennai Parkour, and a few other senior traceurs from around India are working on a new initiative to bring together all traceurs of India under a common roof, in a community-driven, community-managed website. This will be a comprehensive, one-stop website for all your Parkour/Freerun/A.D.D needs in the country.
We are planning on hosting the regular works - tutorials, help for newbies in getting started, how-to articles, other articles, community forums, blogs, social networking, media section, community-uploaded videos and pictures (part of the media section), and listings of all regional traceurs and traceur groups around India among other stuff, but this is not enough. We need more ideas! And since the keyword here is community-driven, which is why we need YOUR input. We need to know what else you would like to see in an Indian Parkour website. Any and all suggestions are welcome as long as you do not post nonsense or childish stuff.
Please post all your suggestions and discussions in this thread.
If you do not already have an account on these forums, registration is easy and takes a few minutes. It needs to be activated by an admin (me) though, so that I can distinguish between legitimate human posters, troublemakers and spammers.
Please don't let these two minor points deter you from taking a few minutes to let us know your valuable suggestions which would go a long way in determining the fate of our beloved art in our country.
Like I mentioned - this is a community-driven effort, so start by making it!
