Involvement in dangerous sports and related activities carries a significant risk of damage to property, personal injury or death. Participate at your own risk!

Parkour/Free Running/Le Art du Deplacement is a dangerous activity. There are inherent risks in any physical activity, and Parkour is no exception. Please practice it safely within the boundaries of your own capabilities.

Practicing Parkour in the rains or in wet conditions is not recommended to those new to the sport as it is a very dangerous activity and may lead to serious injuries.

As with all forms of strenuous exercise, you must take note of one point before you start training: You should go to see a doctor and make sure that you do not have any health problems such as (indicative, but not limited to) heart disease or tuberculosis. If you unfortunately do have one, you'll have to stop your training and wait untill you have cured it. Otherwise the training will hurt you badly, and may even result in death. - Bruce Lee.

It is not recommended to practice the sport without proper instruction or without expert supervision. Parkour Mumbai and the owners/administrators of this website are in no way responsible for anything that you do after reading anything on this website.

In addition, the members of Parkour Mumbai who conduct professional Parkour classes or training, are also in no way responsible for any injury arising out of practice of the sport, either on the premises of the classes, or during the duration of the classes itself, or if and when the practitioner chooses to practice the sport outside of the controlled training environment of the classes.
